 About Us
 M/s Saini Alloys (P) Limited established in the year 1999 has been the manufacturer and supplier of Steel
Castings, Alloy Steel Castings, MS Pencil Ingots, Alloys and Iron Castings. The unit is situated near Ghaziabad,
which is the hub of North India's Iron & Steel Industry and Engineering Goods. In the initial stages,
the company was manufacturing MS Pencil Ingots only. Since June 2004, the company has diversified its activity
into manufacture of Steel & Alloy Steel Castings in the heavy weight category in the range of 1 ton to 25 tons,
as a single piece. Some of the items produced by us are: Girth Gear both in single piece as well as bi-parted; all
Castings of 100 TPD -350 TPD Sponge Iron Plant, Mill Headers for Cement Plants in IS-1030, IS-2708 & IS-2644 grades.
The company is in a position to supply castings as per the requirements of the customer in proof-machined or fully
machined condition. The company is planning to enter the market of SG Iron / Ductile Iron Castings in a big way in near future.
Our fully integrated manufacturing system is designed flexibily to meet the customer's requirements. We have a team of highly
experienced and dedicated professionals which ensures Total Quality Management at all the levels of our operations.
The intricate core work is handled by our competent designers who have been in the casting industry for many years.
Testing Facilities: We have facilities to test 20 elements at one time. We test the Strength, Yield Stress and Elongation Percentage.
Non-Destructive Testing we have an Ultrasonic Flaw Detector of EEC make.
Heat Treatment Furnace: In house heat treatment furnace is used for annealing, normalizing and forced draft cooling.
The furnace is oil fired having dimensions of 7.5 meter x 6 meter x 3.5 meter. The furnace is equipped with temperature
recorder as well as graph recorder.
We have a highly mechanised system of operational mechanism. Jobs upto 10 tons, within 2300 mm dia can be supplied in a fully machined condition.
For larger jobs, we have a contractual agreement with local machine shops so that we can supply jobs of any size or weight.

Technology Details::
We have a heat treatment furnace for annealing and stress relieving for
the casting produced in house. The furnace is oil fired with dimensions of
7.5 meter x 6 meter x 3.5 meter.
Capability::
The company has the capacity to manufacture casting products upto 30 tons on a single piece basis.

Each of the furnaces have two crucibles (one as a standby so as to minimize the down time).
All our manufactured products like MS Pencil Ingots, Steel Castings, Alloy Steel Castings,
Alloys and Iron Castings have to undergo treatment under Induction Furnaces.
Compressors::
ELGI make four Compressors of 191, 126, 55 and 55 CFM which are at service to
take care of moulding, fettling and cleaning processes.
Overhead Cranes::
Four cranes of 50 MT, 35 MT, 20 MT, 15 MT.
