 Laboratory Testing
All our manufactured products like MS Pencil Ingots, Steel Castings,
Alloy Steel Castings, Alloys and Iron Castings have to undergo
stringent laboratory testing. Some of our testing mechanisms are as
follows:
» Universal Testing Machine is used for Physical Spectrographic
Analysis to ensure that chemical composition before pouring is correct.
» Metallurgical sample preparation for photo micrographs, laboratory
heat treatment, mechanical testing and Brinell & Rockwell hardness
tests.
» Laboratory sand testing for process control of molding operations.
All castings are date coded for traceability of metal chemistry, heat
treatment and hardness.
» Liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and hydrostatic testing. Local
contract facilities are available for any mechanical or non-destructive
testing.
